Finally Finished OUR ChildHOOD montage

hmm from 2.30pm to 6.30pm, i have been sitting in front of the computer >>Doing the Childhood  montage for my coming wedding (+ a bit of iphone-ing). Siong leh… One of my most impt ppt slides hahaha

Worse than doing presentation in classroom haha I planned to settle it within 1 hr !!!

Once i get started, some good interesting ideas start pouring in liao!!!.. The more i do, the more “on fire” i am !!!!

Finally after 4hrs, IT IS COMPLETED!!!!

4 HRS leh!!!.. Ask me why take so long??….. SERIOUSLY>>> i have no idea hahaha

Our Furnitures + TV are all in liao!! These major items are finally all in leh

After long long wait.. Our News hse are finally in “live-in” condition leh hehehe

Now just need to shift in our clothes and other minor (but impt) things… More shifting =(

8th Week Cabinets

FINALLY my air cons and cabinets are here =D

The shoes cabinet, feature wall, display cupboard, storage cupboard, wardrobe and kitchen cabinets are HERE …. in pieces haha

The “piecing” together will roughly take 3-4 days… so i will roughly estimate it >> next week, our hse will be 90% renovated liao!!!!!!!!

5 days in Hong Kong =D

Hehehe finally back from Hong Kong trip.

This 5 days 4 night Hong Kong was a good De-stress /Recharging trip =D

Just eat, shop and eat , shop again !!! =D

There are a  lot of FIRST for this trip

• 1st overseas trip to go with my best friend
• 1st overseas trip as husband and wife
• 1st time MEETING ex-student overseas!!! (really small world. I am VERY VERY surprise to see her )
  
• 1st time to try Roller coaster, Abyss & Eagle within 1 hour
• 1st time seeing mist over mountain and Building

The trip was fun and relaxing, with nothing to worry and no deadline to meet hehe

6th Week Painting

New Paint is up liao!!!!!!!!!!! the house now looks SO SO different with the LIGHTING and the Paint up leh..hehe

really excited. hehe

Think by the time we come from our short Hong Kong Trip, the cupboard and wardrobe will be up too hehehe … exciting leh

VId + Yuping meet up

This monday was a hectic day. Got to run a lot of errands and clear work the whole day. But luckly , at the end of the day there is something that i am looking forward to =D =>>>>dinner with 2 of my ex students (Min Min and Yuping)

Its good to see Vid/min min again. Cos after O level,  she has left Singapore permanently. It will be a few years later before i get to see her again. Maybe i will not see her again at all =(..haha

As compared to the last time when i see her in school, now she is even more mature in her thinking and really plans ahead =D Maybe the few months of living overseas does help to shape a person, in one way or another.

As for Yuping, she still looks “classy ” as before =>She looks “cool” from far, but she is definitely a friend person. Currently she is in SJI doing IB programme and from what i know/observed, she seems to be adapting well to the new environment.

SJI is a totally differently environment as compare to her secondary school. Not just culture different, even the classmates, teachers  and work are different.

I am really happy for her to see that she has adapted quite nicely to the IB programme. Personally, i think she will do well in the IB as compare to conventional JC teaching. She the type who learns MORE when “in action”  as compare to sitting in library,  mugging.

Both Vid and Yuping (and my other ex-students) are stepping out of their comfort areas moving one step closer to their aims/ambitions

Here, whether you are reading this or not, i sincerely hope & wish you all the BEST in all your decisions and dreams.

When times are bad for you, when all seems to go wrong, do give me a call/come back for a small chit chat + dinner sessions to destress . No matter what, you will be my good student and friend. .

Resonance XII

hmmm this is my 1st musical concert in my entire 30 years ba. I’m not those artistic person loh. All the musics sound the same one and 1 piece of song ALWAYS sound NEW to me , even though i have hear it for 4-6 times before haha

Since this time, its Katie who asked me + she is the chairman/organiser for this concert, i decided to give it a try ba. Always a 1st time for anything haha

Went to the concert with my wife WITHOUT DINNER haha. I thought the concert starts at 7.30pm, should end by 9pm (Just like one normal movie). But when i asked my partner, she told me >> should end at 10.30+pm.

WoW the i OMG liao!!!!!!!!! haha HUNGRY leh…

Saw a a few ex-students at the concert too. =D the best is >> i saw most of the 4LY08 girls and a 3 of my 4EP09 girls there. =D

Everyone change a lot. BUT i still remember them =D haha

The concert was nice (should be haha) but more importantly is seeing the girls again is definitely worth my trip. They really brighten up my week + negated some of my stress hahaha

Week 5 Plastering of walls

5th week of the renovation liao..Plastering of walls is in progress…With the plastering on the way, the toiletries are also been mounted up. So far, the common toilet are “fully equipped” and the Master toilet is 25% done

While we were up at our new home, we play around with the new windows too hehehe

Reno Week 4 FINAL Tiling

Well, finally the tiling is coming to an end liao haha

The skirting around the house and the master bedroom are ALMOST DONE liao

Other than the tiles, the new “kid” for this week is the Windows hehe. Finally our new windows have arrived. Although the windows are the NORMAL ones, it still cost a bomb leh.. tmd…

BUT compare to the previous owner’s windows, i think we made the RIGHT choice in changing them hehe

The next thing coming up for the renovation should be the plastering of the walls .. Saw a few stacks of plastering powder outside the door.  hehe.. Quite exciting leh
